When the medical team arrived, they commended me for the way I had handled the situation. I felt extremely proud and happy knowing that I had been able to help save someone’s life.”

I even cried too because I felt how much it meant to the elder. Then the elder gave me a big hug. That day reminded me that caregiving is about bringing joy, comfort, and connection.
