Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
” I will never forget happened during what seemed like a normal shift. Towards the end of the day, I was speaking with one of the residents I cared for. She told me that I was a wonderful person and asked if we could pray together, which we did.

That moment touched me deeply. Our conversation continued for some time, and I remember feeling a strong sense of peace and purpose. It reminded me that I was exactly where I needed to be. Not every day in caregiving is easy, but moments like that make the challenging days worthwhile and remind me why I love this work.”
