“What excites me most about working with seniors is learning new skills and hearing their stories from the past. Their experiences and wisdom can teach you so much and often help guide the way you approach your daily work.”

Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
“One of the best moments for me is taking an older person on an outing and seeing the happiness and excitement it brings them. Hearing them express their joy makes the experience so rewarding because it reminds me that even a simple activity can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.”
