What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
“I enjoy working with different people because I learn from each person’s needs, background, and beliefs. It helps me grow as a caregiver and provide more respectful, personalised care.”
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
“I feel most qualified in providing personal care support, especially with assisting patients during feeding and bed baths. I understand the importance of being gentle, patient, and respectful during these tasks, as they require trust and sensitivity. I always aim to make patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for while maintaining their dignity and privacy.”
Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
