That's why I've chosen to pursue a career in ECD; it offers me the opportunity to learn and contribute to the growth and development of different age groups."

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"In my perspective, a childcare provider in the field of early childhood development plays a crucial role in nurturing children during their critical brain development stages, particularly within the first three years of life. By facilitating activities and interactions tailored to each child's developmental stage, they support the achievement of important milestones. This approach fosters an environment conducive to the optimal health and growth of the children under their care."

What makes you excited to work with children?
