"I am an enthusiastic individual driven by goals and motivated by the pursuit of my dreams, which led me to pursue Early Childhood Development whilst being a qualified caregiver. Known for my bubbly personality, kindness, and transparency, I possess strong communication and leadership skills. My love for children and caring demeanor, reflects my sense of responsibility and passion for caregiving. Additionally, I value independence, punctuality, and attentiveness. I am committed to personal growth and achieving success in the both caregiving and childminding."

What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
"The roles and responsibilities include creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable to engage and learn through play. As well as encouraging them to utilize their imagination and develop motor skills to enhance physical, emotional, and social learning. The primary responsibility is to educate and care for the children, setting learning standards tailored to their individual needs and age appropriateness.”

What makes you excited to work with children?
Working with children allows me to care for and foster their independence, which I find incredibly fulfilling. I am also very fond of their stories that comes with the great relationships built by trust. I love working with children as I like to set up activities that will benefit them by developing their knowledge and mostly instill self independence.”
