What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
”In my view, the standard role and duties of a childcare provider involves providing appropriate education and care for children, assisting in the enhancement of children's developmental abilities and monitoring their progress. It includes ensuring children's safety and comfort while creating a welcoming, pleasant, and orderly environment for children.”

What makes you excited to work with children?
"What excites me the most about working with children is witnessing their journey of discovery, skill development, and overcoming challenges. Their boundless imagination and curiosity serve as a constant inspiration, the genuine excitement and passion displayed by children make work feel like play. Knowing that I am contributing to shaping young minds and making a positive impact on their lives is a powerful motivator.”
