Why did you choose a career in Home-Based Personal Care?

”I am warm, patient, professional and a strong communicator. I treat every person with dignity and respect, remain calm under pressure, and bring a positive and friendly presence into the home”

What makes you most excited about working with seniors?

I enjoy building genuine connections with seniors, listening to their life stories and taking part in the things they enjoy. Seeing them feel comfortable, valued and happy is one of the most rewarding parts of caregiving for me.”

What are your main fields of study?

I have completed Matric and Community Health Work NQF Level 4, and I am currently studying towards Home-Based Personal Care Worker NQF Level 3 and First Aid Level 2
