Why did you choose a career in Home-Based Personal Care?
”I chose this path because I was inspired by my late grandmother, who ran a soup kitchen at a public clinic. Watching her care for the community with love and dedication taught me the value of compassion and service. From that experience, I realized how much I enjoy helping and caring for others, which led me to pursue a career in Home-Based Care.”
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
”I feel most qualified in the areas of communication, patience, understanding, problem-solving, and physical stamina. These skills help me provide effective, compassionate care while ensuring clients feel supported and respected in their daily lives.”
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
”What excites me about working with people who need care and support is the chance to bring hope and happiness into their lives. I want to make a difference by helping patients who may feel hopeless and bringing them comfort and joy through care and compassion.”
