“I'm a very passionate and generous person who is always keen on making everyone around me happy and comfortable. I also believe that as a good caregiver, it is important to be loving, caring and understanding - qualities that I possess.”
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
“I feel most qualified in working in Palliative, Frail and Physical Disability care and other requirements from my years of experience working at frail care facilities and hospitals. I am well experienced in diabetes and dementia, as well as wound monitoring and pressure care.”
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
“What I enjoy the most is listening to their stories and learning new things. I also gain so much experience through them as each one of them are different and unique.”
What was your best day at work and what made it good?
“In my time at a hospital, I was overseeing a client with diabetes whose sugar levels got dangerously high. I noticed in time and managed to regulate her sugar levels, which saved her. I felt so good because I got recognised by the head nurse for my work that day.”
