Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
“I once cared for an elderly woman who was very unwell and unable to eat independently. I assisted with her bathing and feeding and spent time talking with her. Her gratitude and her family’s appreciation made me proud to know my care had made a genuine difference.”
