”I pursued a career in home-base care because I'm passionate about providing personalized, compassionate support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. I believe that people heal better and maintain a higher quality of life when they surrounded by familiar environments and loved one's. Home base care allows me to build deeper, more meaningful relationships with clients, offer one-one attention, and truly make a difference in their lives. For me, it's not just about Healthcare - it's about dignity, respect and supporting independence for as long as possible. “
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
”I feel most qualified in the area of empathy and communication which are essential for building trust and delivering person centered care. I'm good at listening to clients, understanding their emotional needs, and providing companionship, especially for those who may feel isolated or anxious.”
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
”What excites me most about working with people who need care and support is the opportunity to make a real, positive difference in their daily lives, even through small acts of care, such as helping someone feel clean and comfortable.”
