What makes you a good caregiver?
I am a kind and empathetic person who genuinely cares about others. I am also a hard worker and very reliable, which is important in caregiving. I always try to make patients feel comfortable, respected, and safe. My experience since 2021 has helped me understand different patient needs, and I always give my best in every situation.
In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a caregiver?
I feel most confident in Dementia Care, Palliative Care, and assisting physically and mentally disabled patients, including children. I also have strong experience in vital signs monitoring, Catheter care, Stoma care,Pressure care, Wound care monitoring and PEG feeding. My training included both theory and practical work in a private hospital and an old age home, which gave me a solid foundation.
What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
I enjoy working with seniors because I value their life experience and wisdom. I find it rewarding to support them, make them feel comfortable, and improve their quality of life. Being able to build trust and companionship with them is something that motivates me every day.

The values that are most important to me are kindness, empathy, respect, and reliability. I believe in treating every person with dignity and patience, and always doing my work to the best of my ability.
