My passion lies in assisting children, whether it involves their academic pursuits or any other aspect of their development. A fundamental principle in my approach is to treat each child as a unique and valued individual, recognizing that this is a key element in building positive relationships and fostering their growth.”
What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
”In my point of view, my role will primarily involve ensuring the well-being and safety of children under my care. This means being a constant presence for them, always available and attentive to their needs. Effective communication, particularly active listening, is a cornerstone of my approach in order to provide the support and care they require.
