Share with me a time when you displayed [one of our company’s values].Capable, honest, attentive, Mindful & Pioneering?
”I assisted a client during her recovery journey, providing both caregiving and companion support at her request as I am not a certified caregiver, but due to the fact that I had previously assisted her with companion care she put her faith in me. Being trusted to support her through physio sessions at home and helping her regain her strength was incredibly meaningful. It allowed my compassionate side to truly come through, and I felt proud to be part of her healing journey and to care for her during that time and showed me what I am CAPABLE of.”
