Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good?
“My best day was when I cared for a client who was very quiet and was not eating. I sat with her, spoke to her and gently encouraged her. She eventually started eating and smiling. It made me feel proud and reminded me that the care and support I provide can make a real difference..”
