CareChamp, an Approved Discovery Homecare Partner, is expanding our national network of qualified Registered Nurses and Nurse Midwives to support home-based healthcare services across South Africa.

About the Role

CareChamp nurses provide homecare assessments, wellness checks, and skilled nursing services in clients’ homes. Appointments are coordinated based on your location, availability, and preferred working times.

Duties May Include

Homecare assessments
Wound care, drip-related support, and approved clinical services
General wellness checks and follow-up care
Mother and baby wellness visits
NICU discharge wellness screenings
Virtual follow-up consultations where required

Rates

Rates start from R550, depending on the type, length, and complexity of the visit.

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification and valid nursing registration
Nurse Midwife qualification is advantageous
Strong clinical and communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a home environment
Relevant experience in homecare, wound care, geriatric care, mother and baby care, or post-discharge support is advantageous

Based on your availability, you can expect approximately 5–15 clients per month, with room to increase.
