"I enjoy kids’ company and find them really interesting and fun. I decided to pursue a career in ECD because I enjoy working with children and I want to have a positive impact on the lives of kids. To have the opportunity to help them learn and grow would bring me joy, especially as I will be involved in all the love and laughter of children.”
What is - from your point of view - the typical role and responsibilities of a childcare provider in an early childhood development field?
”The role of a childcare provider is to supervise and monitor the safety of children, prepare and organize good meals, arrange activities and implement a curriculum that allows children to learn and play.”
What makes you excited to work with children?
”What excites me the most about working with children is their unpredictability. Being involved with children, witnessing their love and laughter, brings me immense joy.”
