Our Approach:
Personalized Matching: We recognize that every family is unique, and so are their childcare needs. Our dedicated team takes the time to understand your family dynamics, preferences, and requirements to match you with a nanny who fits seamlessly into your home environment.
Stringent Screening Process & In-house accredited training college: Your peace of mind is our priority. That's why we rigorously vet all our nannies through background checks, reference verification, and in-person interviews to ensure they meet our high standards of professionalism, reliability, and expertise in childcare. Our accredited college trains Early Childhood Development Practitioners (NQF4) through a comprehensive one-year program, ensuring top-notch care for your little ones.
Flexible Options: Whether you want to find a long-term nanny to join your family OR you need temporary, specialised care assistance - we offer flexible placement options to accommodate your needs.
How It Works:
Consultation: Get started by scheduling a consultation with one of our experienced care consultants. During this session, we'll discuss your childcare needs, preferences, and any specific requirements you may have.
Matching Process: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, we'll conduct a thorough search to identify potential nanny candidates who align with your criteria. We'll then present you with curated profiles for your consideration.
Interview & Selection: Once you've reviewed the profiles, we'll arrange interviews with the selected candidates, allowing you to assess their suitability firsthand. After conducting interviews, you can choose the nanny who best fits your family's needs.
Placement & Support: Upon selecting your preferred nanny, we'll facilitate the placement process and ensure a smooth transition for both you and the caregiver. Throughout the placement period, we remain available to provide ongoing support and assistance as needed.
In case of temporary / recurring bookings for specialised care needs, our friendly office team - and specifically your dedicated care agent - handles everything from placements to care reports and client interactions ongoing. We believe no question is too much, and we’re always ready to help.

Fees:
Permanent placements:
Our agency charges between 8 - 10% of an estimated annual salary for your future nanny / child-minder to matchmake you with your perfect trained and vetted candidate.
EXAMPLE:
40 hours/week contract - full time work: we suggest a salary between R8 000 - R10 000 for your qualified nanny (ECDP NQF4 trained - and worked within reputable ECD centres)
CareChamp would charge R8 000 fee once-off for such a placement. (approx. 8% of annual base salary)
If you only require a part-time contract of 25 hours / week (+/-3 days per week) - we suggest a salary of R6 000 for your qualified nanny (ECDP NQF4 trained - and worked within ECD centres)
--> CareChamp would charge R7 200 for such a placement. (10% of annual base salary)
Given the quality and level of training of the nannies we work with - we do not suggest any offers below R6 000 / month to ensure consistency and happiness from both the parents and your nanny.
