What makes you a good caregiver?
I stand out as a caregiver with my strong patience and deep empathy. My experience enables me to anticipate needs, tailor my approach, and create a trusting and compassionate environment. ”

Your best day at work you’ve ever had and what made it so good.

“I was moved to bring a handful of fragrant jasmine flowers from my garden, with the intention of gifting them to a resident who is visually impaired and often feels the absence of visitors. The genuine happiness that lit up her face upon receiving the flowers as she could smell them warmed my heart deeply.”

What makes you most excited about working with seniors?
“You'll learn a lot about a lot of things working with them on a daily basis, and many of them will become close friends. As a result, you get to know patients much better on a personal level. As a result, you develop strong emotional connections that inspire you not only at work but in life as well.

In what skills area do you feel most qualified to be a Caregiver?

“Over the years, I have gained experience in Dementia Care, Physically Disabled Care, Mentally Disabled Care, Disabled Care for Children, Vital Signs, Catheter Care, Pressure Care, and CPR Training.”

What is something special / unique about you that not many people might know or that might surprise them?
Despite being deaf, I love the elderly with all my heart since it's not a disadvantage. My gift of assistance will always be there for those in need.

What personal values are most important to you?
Being humbled and trustworthy”
